Volunteer recruitment -
Samaritans needed more volunteers at night to listen to callers. I developed a series of copy concepts to recruit night volunteers, which were tested in research. The winning idea was developed into a successful campaign.
Email campaign -
Concepts and copy for an ongoing email trigger campaign to thank regular customers - and to encourage lapsed and infrequent cinemagoers to return to the big screen. Unable to use imagery from the films, copy took centre stage (quite right too!)
Corporate pensions -
I worked as part of a team to plan and create a website for employers who chose Zurich as their pension provider. Innovative content – including apps, videos, tools and animations – helped employees engage with their workplace pension. Who said pensions are boring!

Heart Health campaign -
Lloyds Pharmacy wanted to encourage people into their stores to have a blood pressure check, and reduce the risk of heart attack or stroke. This concept brought the ‘mysterious’ numbers to life and made it matter to people on the average UK high street.
